BigBite Resolution

This week I was working on the BigBite resolution. I was trying to determine how the resolution of each variable changes with the particle momentum. In my analysis I considered 2GeV and 1GeV data. I also tried to use 3GeV data, but we do not have enough 12C and 1H data, to produce presentable results. For the determination of the TgY resolution I considered 12C data, while for the TgTh and TgPh I considered hydrogen elastic data.

From the results below you can see, that for all three variables resolution increases with increasing momentum. This I what I was expecting, since the same behaviour (but with much better resolution was observed in NIKHEF). However, in the case of TgY you can see, that resolution worsens at high momenta. Simon and I believe, that this is caused by my matrix. When doing calibration, I did not have much high momentum data to properly calibrate my matrix to. Therefore optics is not working well in that region. What do you think?

TgY Results:

I made my TgY resolution analysis first for the central foil of the optics-target. Later Simon suggested to do the analysis also for the 2nd and 6th foil. For all the foil 1GeV and 2GeV data were analyzed.

Problem:

I still have some problems with the correct estimation of the errors for the shown data points. Data points that do not lie on the "main trend line" were determined from data with very low statistics, but according to ROOT still have very small errors. For these points I believe that their error-bars should be larger so that they would get consistent with the rest of the points.
