Optics Calibration

I have made some changes to my calibration code. I corrected few mistakes regarding the orientation of
the coordinate systems. Now I believe all the CS are consistent. Now I also consider extended target
correction. This has not change much the results for the TgY, but has significantly change the results for
the TgTh and TgPh. Here is a picture, that shows results for old and new TgTh reconstruction.

I have already corrected results for the TgTh, but still have to find new matrix elements for TgPh and Tgdp.
dE & E - plane gain matching
I also continue my work on the gain matching of the scintillation planes. This calibration requires two steps.
In first step we need to gain match signal from left PMT to the right PMT for each paddle in both planes. In the second
step, I need to gain match all the paddles and both planes between each other. I believe that we completed step one. Right now I am doing tests to see if my calibration works properli and then I will move to step two :)

Compass Measurements and calibration
Our summer student and I started working on the Compass measurement. At the moment we are working on
the vertical compass. We believe that we can finish this one in few days and then move on to
the horizontal compass. We have two different measurements for that compass. We believe that we
understand one but have problems decoding the second one. Need to contact Yi about that.
