Comparison with Hannover/Lisbon theoretical calculations

I was finally able to analyze data by using Hannover/Lisbon theoretical calculations. I sill have some minor problems with some of the runs, that will require some further work. However, this will not change results, that are shown in figures below. The comparison with Golak's calculations is also shown.
